Estoppel Requests

The Okeechobee Utility Authority processes estoppel requests to provide important account information during the property sale and/or transfers. These requests help ensure that any outstanding utility balances, service status, and account conditions are disclosed prior to closing.

To request an estoppel, please submit a written request to our Customer Service email at customerservice@ouafl.com

Requests are typically processed within 14 business days.
