eBilling is a service that the Okeechobee Utility Auhtority provides for its customers who wish to receive their billing statements via email instead of by postal service. In order to enroll in eBilling, customers must have a valid email address and established utility service.

To enroll, fill out the online form below or simply contact our office. Customer service representatives are available to assist with setting up your account for eBilling.

Please note: Your participation in eBilling is completely voluntary and you may change your preference at any time by contacting our Customer Service office.  Some notices may still be sent to you via paper, so it is important that you update your mailing address in addition to your e-mail address should any changes occur.   The Okeechobee Utility Authoority is not responsible for ebills not received due to the customer’s service provider issues or other issues outside of  OUA control.

A confirmation notification will be sent once this form is submitted.  Please allow one to two billing cycles for e-billing to begin.
