TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given of intent to apply to the Florida Legislature, in the 2026-2027 regular or any special or extended legislative sessions, for the passage of an act relating to Okeechobee Utility Authority; providing for the conveyance of specified lands, including lands associated with Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida, Lease No. 3304, historically known as the Cemetery Road Wastewater Treatment Plant and adjacent lands, to the Okeechobee Utility Authority; providing an effective date.
