The SW 5th Avenue Project Area is mostly developed and is mainly comprised of single-family residences, along with a commercial corridor along the west side of US Highway 441.  There is exisiting wastewater facilities along SW 3rd Avenue, which serves some residences and businesses. 

This project is focused on the removal of the onsite septic systems to a centralized wastewater system due to sewage backup during high rainfall events, and the relativley high water table in the area.  

Project Timeline: 1-2 years.  Project is currently under design.
