The Okeechobee Utility Authority is a governmental water and wastewater utility serving approximately 10,000 residential and commercial customers in Okeechobee County and portions of Glades County.

The 1995 Interlocal Agreement establishing the Authority vests its governance in a five-member board appointed by the respective political jurisdictions within which the Authority serves. These include the City of Okeechobee, Okeechobee County and areas of Glades County.
